She knew at a very young age she had a direct connection to spirit. It is her passion to assist you with remembering you do too. Services include kambo ceremony, meditation, energy healing, reiki, spiritual coaching.
She is no guru, just a woman with many life times of experiences, and hours logged doing her own inner work to clear out the baggage and pain. She knows first hand the commitment, courage and strength it takes to look at one's stories and darkness and make a choice to be and do better going forward.
She spent the last 25+ years creating and owning her own business's. From running bootcamps and personal training at Bootcamp Goddess in Mississauga/Oakville to more recently opening Muskoka Hot Yoga, a boutique hot yoga studio in Huntsville. Due to CV restrictions MHYoga was closed.
She has spent years studying a variety of modalities to create wellness and a clean life style in body, mind and spirit in her own life and is passionate about sharing her wisdom with others. Yoga, Meditation, Plant Medicine, Kambo, and Energy Healing, all have had a positive and transformative impact on her life. Her true passions are coaching, yoga, kambo, and energy healing. She is committed to sharing with you her journey to a spiritual awakening and assist you with yours. A healthy mind and body is key to this bumpy journey.
